Summary

This is a courtesy extract that we can provide to your district. Please ask your Implementation Manager or a Product Specialist to install the Custom Report(s).

This extract provides data for student schedules and attendance for Harris Computer Systems.

Minimum requirements

The following minimum requires must be met before we begin. If you did not meet all the requirements, contact our help desk at [email protected] or call our help desk at (949)-242-0343 to get more information.

• District employee responsible for troubleshooting and forwarding issues to Illuminate help
• District employee with knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and access to the Illuminate SFTP server where we drop our extract files
• District entered or uploaded English proficiency data
• District has published master-schedules for their sites
• This extract must be rolled over year-to-year. Please contact ISI Support during the summer to rollover this extract. Please see section "Rollover Filters" for more information.

Other recommended specifications

Rollover Filters

When requesting this extract, you will need to provide the following information to implement it and for any subsequent years we rollover the extract for use.

• Academic Year: What academic year we pull for. We can only pull for a single academic school year.
• ROP Department Name: Best practice is to tie these courses to a Department. Please provide your department name and make sure all ROP Courses are affiliated in Course Details.
• District ID: We will need the District ID or District Code for the DISTRICT_CODE column.

Extract specifications

Below are the specifications for the files we provide. These file specifications have been created based on standard requirements from the vendor. If you would like to use this standard extract and your district has a custom setup that differs from what Illuminate provides, please work with the vendor to make adjustments to the import. If you believe our specifications are out of date, please be ready to provide the latest specifications from the vendor.

ROP (rop.csv)

• Comma-separated .csv file.
• Data detailing student demographic and student schedules
• By default, the "Username" field will generate usernames using the first name initial, full last name, and last four digits of local student ID. It will append the domain at the end. For example: John Smith #123456789 with domain @test-school.org will have a username "[email protected]".

ROP Attendance (attendance.csv)

• Comma-separated .csv file.
• Attendance data for scheduled ROP courses
• By default, the "Username" field will generate usernames using the first name initial, full last name, and last four digits of local student ID. It will append the domain at the end. For example: John Smith #123456789 with domain @test-school.org will have a username "[email protected]".
